“The beat continues, growing louder from the heart, as it overtakes the tempo.” This one of a kind handmad piece is the third pendant of the Argentium Armor series, and features a stunning untreated tanzanite, set within the pendant. This series is inspired by medieval plate armor, and this piece specifically was created with the idea of tassets in mind. A tasset is a piece of armor worn to protect the thighs from injury. The outside of the pendant displays minimal hand-engraved detail, to showcase the assembly of armor, and to let the brightness of Argentium contrast against the beautiful periwinkle tanzanite. All of my pieces are handmade from scratch as much as I am able. This piece was made from Argentium silver casting grain that was melted into an ingot, then rolled into the necessary sheet and wire.
